Those who recognized time management is a life management , they definitely increase their productivity and the key to time management is self discipline. The most important factor is to decide your goals that what really you want to do in your personal and professional life . You have to be well organized and manage your time in doing useful work  and then practice again and again until it would become your habit . Every successful person do work for longer hours then average time and thus get high profit . The other thing is you must use your fine ideas for your promotion and overcome your all fair to cross the all hurdles placed between you and your success . Successful winners use their time well and doesn't waste time in useless things as losers do.  We should use our creative skills to double our productivity and practice these skills again and again . Also we should balance and improve the quality of life . So to be successful , we have to work hard, faster, better and by easier method to save time and money .

So to create lasting change , its more effective to target our habits. Habits emerge without our  consent . To save energy the brain create a habit loop that look for trigger to begin behaviour .
